Although the slogan "Death Before Decaf" is strong and Black Stripe lives by it everyday, they’ve carefully selected this decaf coffee for those who are sensitive to caffeine or those who simply want to enjoy a cup of coffee before bed.

This coffee originates from the Chiapas Province of Mexico, holds the organic certification, and uses the Swiss Water Process (SWP) to the caffeine from the beans. The SWP is chemical free and uses the elements of water, temperature, and time to remove 99.9% of the caffeine from the beans. Man, oh man... albeit the lack of caffeine, this is a damn good coffee!

Sample bags are good for a 12-cup pot of coffee.
